Moreno has made 134 appearances for Liverpool since his debut back in 2014 but consistent defensive lapses have meant the 26-year-old has struggled for game-time under Jurgen Klopp on Merseyside.
The Reds are resigned to losing Moreno next summer, with the Spaniard in the final year of his contract, and a queue of top European clubs is forming.
According to the Daily Mirror, Arsenal have been alerted to Moreno’s contract situation with the defender available on a free transfer at the end of the 2018/19 campaign.
Andrew Robertson has nailed down his place as Liverpool’s first-choice left-back and the club have high hopes for academy prospect Adam Lewis meaning Klopp is open to letting Moreno leave.
